The following Awards and Grants are announced for the IATMSI-2024.

Best Paper Awards (3-awards in each track)

IATMSI recognizes the excellence in research through the following prestigious awards from each Track on the last day of the conference:

  1. IATMSI-2024 Best Paper Awards: All accepted papers will be considered for this award. We will give three awards in each track. Total 15 awards will be announced on the last day of the conference.
  2. IATMSI-2024 Best Poster Award: All accepted papers for poster presentation will be considered for this award.

The TPC will select the above awards by judging the submission based on the following criterion:

  • Novelty
  • Type of Presentation (Online/Offline). Extra credit will be awarded to participants opting for an offline presentation. Additionally, complimentary Slipper class fare (maximum of Rs. 1000) will be offered to those presenting the paper in person.
  • Advancement of the theory and application
  • Quality of the presented results
  • Quality of the written manuscript
  • Practicality and industrial relevance of the presented work
  • Quality of the oral/poster presentation
  • Formatting of the Paper

Travel Grants

To encourage in-person attendance, we have decided to offer Slipper class fare (up to a maximum of Rs. 1000) to one participant for each accepted paper at IATMSI-2024. Hence, we kindly urge all presenters to participate in the conference in offline mode.

We extend a second category of travel grants, covering 3AC fare, to student participants desiring physical attendance at the ABV-IIITM Gwalior conference. The reimbursement will be capped at the maximum 3AC train booking amount under this travel grant. Whether you choose to travel by 2AC, 1AC, or by flight, the reimbursement will be equivalent to the 3AC fare. However, if you opt for sleeper or second class (general), the reimbursement will correspond to the chosen class, not 3AC. Kindly complete and submit the application form by January 20, 2024.
